About Ian Paget
I specialise in logo design, offering my identity design services to businesses and entrepreneurs from around the globe, working with them to take their business identity to the next level.
Being passionate about logo design, I also run a popular social media group, also known as Logo Geek, which has grown to have a following of over 83,000 on twitter, and is followed by some of the biggest agencies and designers in the world!
I have also been featured in publications that include Logo Lounge, Photoshop Creative and Net Magazine. I’m also a frequent member of the jury for design awards including; Transform Awards, Best Brand Awards and Visual Identity Awards to name a few.
With over 10 years professional graphic design and marketing experience under my belt, I’m able to offer a range of graphic design services, as well as offer help and guidance, allowing your brand to grow.
If you are interested in my logo design services, or have any other graphic design requirements, contact me to see how we can work together.
My design background
I started my design career just over 10 years ago when working at a Vygon, a global medical company. My primary role was to work on technical product illustrations and the design of posters and printed literature.
I later became Lead Creative Designer at Advansys, a design agency working on eCommerce websites.
After 5 years in this role I became Creative Director, where I have responsibility of the design team, collaborating with account managers and developers to build high converting websites. In this role I have worked on designs for blue chip companies including Barclaycard, Khuene and Nagel, Yakult and GSK.
Logo Geek started as a passionate side project whilst at Advansys. After successful Google results, a rapidly growing social media following, and a steady flow of enquiries, I decided in May 2016 to put more of my energy into making a success of the business and design community I had created through Logo Geek.
Rather than leave my role at Advansys, which is a job I enjoy, I now work part-time, working as Logo Geek from Thursdays through to Sundays, allowing me to help more companies and entrepreneurs grow their business through high-quality, cost effective design.
